Trastor REIC sold offices in Chalandri

Trastor REIC announced the sale of a property at about 60% above the price it had acquired it four years ago. The property  is an independent four-storey office and shop building in Chalandri at 194 Kifisias Avenue, with a total area of ​​1,588.20 sq.m.

The property was acquired in 2018 for €1,600,000, and has now been sold for a total price of €2,650,000.

It is the third property that Trastor sells within a month after the sale of the building that housed the offices of ARCHIRODON in Chalandri, and a store in the center of Piraeus.
